RAW Planning is a Chartered Town and Country Planning Consultancy based in Wiltshire close to the border with Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
We work primarily in central southern England, but we have the capability to work across the United Kingdom, helping clients with projects throughout the country.
We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable. Our philosophy is to provide a personal service in a professional setting with clear and honest advice at the centre of everything we do – we will not take on a project unless we believe it has a genuine prospect of success.
As early as possible in the process, we like to meet our clients and view sites so that we can understand your development requirements and fully appreciate a site’s constraints and opportunities.
We offer a comprehensive range of Planning Consultancy Services and we have excellent working relationships with technical consultants who we can introduce to projects and coordinate as and when required.
To increase the likelihood of securing planning permission, we take a coordinated approach to development proposals. It is our responsibility to manage a project team and communicate with you to deliver a design that meets both your requirements and meets the technical requirements of the Local Planning Authority.

Each project and client are different, which is why we tailor our service to suit your needs.
We can offer you initial advice on your project by phone or email. In cases where your land or building has development potential, we can provide a fixed price fee proposal for taking your project through to submission of the application.
We like to meet with clients and view sites early in the process in order to fully understand a site’s constraints and potentials, as well as your development needs.
You can either have us handle the entire project management of your proposal, or we can work with an existing architect and / or consultant team to move your project forward and increase the chances of success.
