Building to be converted
The project
An Architect we regularly work with approached us to explore the feasibility of bringing 3 existing redundant buildings in the open countryside in the Cranborne Chase AONB back into active use, through their conversion to three high quality conversions. The buildings were historically used for agriculture but more recently had been used for the owners own ad-hoc storage purposes
We engaged with Officers at New Forest District Council through the pre-application process before submitting a full planning application. We worked with the Architect together with a Highway Consultant and Ecologist to produce a scheme that responded to pre-application advice and secured planning permission under delegated powers.
