The project

One of our retained farming clients asked us to consider the potential to convert 2 redundant grain silos into holiday lets as part of their ongoing farm diversification programme. Following the receipt of positive pre-application advice from the Vale of White Horse District Council we worked with the Architect to deliver a scheme that was approved by Officers under delegated powers. The final design included a Lighting Report prepared by a Lighting Consultant to secure a design that would minimise lighting levels to an adjoining Ancient Woodland.
