At the outset, we engaged with the planning policy team, monitored the progress of the Local Plan and advised the client on the team required to input into a robust strategy to the Council for expansion of the village. Our role involved pulling together a bespoke team with a wide ranging skill set to create a vision document for the land, and provide a formal representation at the regulatory consultation stage.
