The project

One of our Rural Estate clients approached us to secure planning permission for an extension to an Estate Cottage.  We worked with an Architect to design an extension that significantly enhanced the internal living accommodation and resulted in a 60% increase in floor area over the original dwelling.  Planning permission was granted under delegated powers within 8 weeks of the application submission.
